Siobhan Boyle

Karen Dumolo Siobhan joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in May 2007 having worked for a specialist family law firm in the city and prior to that for the Court Service.

Siobhan joined Bolt Burdon Kemp because of its reputation as a specialist litigation firm at which she wanted to widen her knowledge of litigation.

Siobhan combines her role as an outdoor clerk with paralegal work in the Professional Negligence Department.

As an outdoor clerk she attends court hearings before Masters in the High Court and District Judges in various county courts in London. Siobhan has a wide knowledge of court procedure and provides advice and assistance to lawyers on the subject. She is also the point of contact between the courts and the firm's lawyers.

Siobhan is a student of the Institute of Legal Executives having completed her Level 3 exams. She is returning to the University of Westminster in September this year to study for the Level 6 exams having chosen Civil Litigation as her subject.

As anyone who knows Siobhan is aware, it is not all work and no play. She likes to make the most of her free time by socialising with family and friends, going out for dinner and for a glass of wine. She has a long list of places to visit from which she ticked off Thailand this year. Siobhan attends the firm's boxercise and yoga classes with her colleagues each week.
